Pleiades is an RPG game that is set in space. As captain, you'll choose a ship and crew then begin exploring planetary systems. You will face challenges, quests, and even pick up the odd job now and again. If your ship and crew survive, you will all grow wealthy and powerful.
MINING AND PIRATES
A small fleet has arrived in a double star system. Your Wright Built ship is hoping to do some mining on the big moon orbiting a gas giant. But it is never easy, pirates keep harassing you and the unexplained solar flares from the small star keeping causing havoc on your ship as well. Doom never seems that far away. The fleets Gun Ship is only so helpful with the pirates but your scientist found something real special on that moon. The Trader ship will get a good price at the inner rocky planet but maybe you should keep it.
ESPIONAGE AND WAR
On to the Eddes System, a system at war. The two inner planets orbit a red giant and have been at war for over a generation. While the populations in general support the war, neither can afford it so active conflict is rare. Beyond the inner planets lies an asteroid belt likely packed in minerals and more. Well beyond the asteroid belt at the edge of interstellar space lies a large well-established and very wealthy space station called the Emerald Station.
You are hired by authorities from a nearby system that is being flooded by refugees and rumors. They need information. Discretely infiltrate and report back.
